[ Google Review ] Nice and clean airport. My flight was delay 7 hours, but the gate changed was far after rescheduled. I need to walk from another end of the airport to another side. There are some working tables with high chairs and comfortable for long wait in airport. Cx564. 08:10

[ Google Review ] The waitress recommended different steamboat soup and we are glad that all these soups suit our taste so much. The seafood and other steamboat ingredients are fresh. Staffs are super friendly too.

[ Google Review ] A well-preserved and well- maintained historical and handsome looking architecture that was built in 1908. It is free to enter and imagine what it was like to watch an opera there in the old days. There are many quaint shops of special items, from beautiful wooden music boxes to train sets. There is also a tea and snack shop at the entry level for those who got exhausted from walking up and down the three levels of shops. The menu offers different kinds of ice or hot coffee and flavoured teas and some tasty baked items. My favourite local flavoured one was raw curry puff. It was a pleasant experience. In the afternoon of our visit, many stalls started to pop up on the side of the building, selling attractive hand made-items that were mainly made by the stall owners. One was selling beautifully decorated cakes. The one I enjoyed watching was the fake tattoo stall! All in all, it was a surprisingly cultural enriching experience and one that bridged the then and now....

[ Google Review ] The Xinnanmen Market Building is about to be completed. The new-looking glass curtain exterior reflects the blue sky and white clouds so beautifully. I look forward to the new completion!

[ Google Review ] A friendly pleasant site for a quick passing-by visit. Old station is more like a display than a museum. Live local cultural music.

[ Google Review ] Great night food walking markets. Lot and lots of delicious Taiwanese and Asian foods. Gets very busy after 6.30pm. Suggest you walk both sides before you eat so that you can pick what takes your fancy. Prices are not the cheapest like most tourist hotspots. Must visit.

[ Google Review ] So much to love about this place! Come during sunset for the best views. A one-way ticket from the Tamsui Old Street wharf is 90 NTD. You can enjoy the best times during evening, when it is less hot. Not many food stalls are open though, maybe it may become more bustling at night.

[ Google Review ] I admire the way the museum really plays into the little anecdotes of the past. For example, since the Whitemen were called redheads, in the cartoon explaining the history of the fortress, every single Dutchman is drawn as a ginger. Even today, the fortress is named on Google maps as the 'Redheads Fortress' (in Mandarin). There is even an even more subtle reference to history in the outhouse for the British diplomats. On the fireplace is a statue of Sherlock Holmes. This is surely a reference to the British Consul's final letter, where he referenced the famous Holmes' story about the dog that did not bark. The museum and the fortress are not too large, but with the ticket you can also enter a couple of other places of history, and you are also handily located to take a quick peek at the historical 'Oxford College' nearby.

[ Google Review ] We visited during the Halloween time with some timely festive decorations. Good for children to enjoy the Halloween atmosphere a bit. The historical heritage is so elegant itself with no problem. Displaying exhibition can be improved or add up other special topics to enrich this historical site. Free admission for New Taipei City residents with IDs though I forgot to bring mine. Spending $80 NTD for the admission is not pricey, either. However, driving and parking is a problem around. Parking in the private-owned parking lot costs $100 an hour.

[ Google Review ] In fact not cheap but reasonable. The best tea house ever with the scenic view and interiors. Fabulous flavor and naturally a little sweet tea you can try. The cake is also good but tea itself is enough delicious.

[ Google Review ] Must see to light and send up your wishes. This place was so remote a long time ago this was a way to let others know they needed help. Now a tourist trap, but fun. Just down the road is the waterfall too. I like the suspension bridges. Watch out for the train and is another way to this place since driving and parking are hard. Try to get a driver, taxi, for the day.

[ Google Review ] Smaller but nice museum. They show a massive 200kg gold bar and many interesting minerals, but the true highlight is a small underground tunnel showing how mining used to work

[ Google Review ] Probably the biggest night market, a giant network of intersecting streets, filled with food, games and merchandise. Walking or more like wandering though this area, I feel like a fish swimming in an ocean of food, eating and drinking my way though the current, like a blue whale scooping up plankton. Buy a beer at 6pm and wander for hours, get those steps in till the market closes up by 11pm. You've never gotten so much exercise just from eating dinner. Plus with the active calorie burn and sweat loss, rehydrate with another beer from seven 11! Don't forget to mix in water. (Gatorade or Pocari Sweat, if you aren't getting enough ions, though you should be getting plenty of salts with the foods). If that's not enough exercise, hit one of the many balloon darts games, of better yet the archery games! For those with less upper body strength, duel weld airsoft pistols for extra excitement!

[ Google Review ] Jimmy's Park is a unique sculpture park that features over 100 pieces of artwork created by the artist Jimmy Liao. The park is located in the heart of Yilan City and is designed to be a space for visitors to relax, play, and appreciate art. Some of the most popular attractions in the park include the giant slide, the interactive fountain, and the various sculptures that are scattered throughout the park. Additionally, there is a small gift shop where you can purchase souvenirs and snacks. If you're planning to visit Jimmy's Park, I would recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a camera to capture all the unique art installations. Also, be sure to check the park's hours of operation, as they may vary depending on the season. Finally, I would suggest bringing some snacks and drinks, as there may not be many options for food within the park.

[ Google Review ] The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the kid facilities were great. My biggest issues were the sound proofing and cleanliness of the rooms. Kids are allowed to drive their cars on the racetrack in the hallways of the 8 and 9th floors until 10pm. Our kids sleep at 8 and couldn’t fall asleep due to the noise (some of the cars also blast music). Our room also didn’t feel fully cleaned as I found crumbs on the carpet next to the bed at check-in, and the kid mattress inside the tents had mold on the bottom. I understand Taiwan’s climate is challenging, but expected more from a 5-star hotel.吃櫻桃鴨
