[ Google Review ] During our stay in this hotel over the beginning of EID holidays, there was an ongoing construction project within the vicinity. The hammering sound bouncing back into the walls and was heard in our hotel room early in the morning. Such an annoying noise that was. The breakfast buffet selection is not worth paying SAR150 per person. The location of the hotel is perfect, service is excellent, staffs are friendly, the hotel is clean and has modern facilities, amenities and rooms.

I ordered rice with meat 🥩 Hassa style which was amazing 😻 My only recommendation is to educate your waiters on how to greet customers and on their English. They were nothing but nice don’t get me wrong but I wished communication were better. Best of luck!!

Google Review ] We stayed there last weekend. Room was small, but very clean. TV remote was wrapped in a plastic bag and carpet felt clean. It actually made me feel safe. I liked that place had 2 swimming pools - one to chill and another one - you can have a proper swim. Tennis court is free of charge, which is as well nice. We had breakfast and dinner included. And food was absolutely amazing! I am used to go to buffet and have very average experience. But it was actually really good. All the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and hardworking. My friend is vegetarian and she was worried she will end up eating French fries and vegetables as always, but they prepared for her special meal, which was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back there again.

[ Google Review ] Had never heard about Al Ain Oasis earlier, and it was a pleasant experience to visit the Al Ain Museum. It gives great knowledge of Arabic living and culture in olden days. We spent more than 2 hours and were very happy to have visited the museum 😊

The local Omani residents are welcoming and friendly as usual. Modest clothes are required to discover the village (cover shoulders and knees) The rooms were good, clean and comfortable. [ Google Review ] The hotel needs more management and more organizational processes, as it has defects and services of an unacceptable level: 1- There are defects in the Internet, as there are two types of Internet, the first of which is free and works poorly, and the second is with fees, meaning that the fees are two riyals every 6 hours. Evidence for this is that there is no explanation that the Internet is not free. 2- There are no sites with umbrellas, as there is high sunlight, and it is required to provide umbrellas in such a hotel. 3- When booking at peak times or other times, the client is measured, as one of them will go to rooms and a gloomy building without psychological comfort, meaning that the campus of the building is not clean and the temperature is high inside that building. Also, that building is used as a store for Internet tools and network servers, meaning that the platforms and equipment are located on the premises of the building. It is not reasonable for me to be there at this level. In the other basic building, there are rooms on the first floor that are not as valuable as on the second floor, where there is damage to the toilets and the water heater is located in the bathroom itself, as well as the air conditioner and its control is bad. It is not worth a hotel more than 4 stars. Also in the bed mattress is not the same cleanliness and attention, as well as the lack of all services, hand washing soap, drinking water and proper lighting. 4- On the first floor overlooking the swimming pool and the garden of the hotel, there is a direct door to the swimming pool and it should be a low-quality door with wide gaps for insects, in addition to that there is no comfort in sleeping and stillness in the room, meaning that there are sounds emanating from the adjacent room, meaning that the water swirls and you can hear what is coming from your neighbor in the adjacent room. 5- The value of the rent is considered high for such a level, as the food in the breakfast buffet is not the same as the organization and provision of all dishes and bread. You should wait a lot when it is brought.

It consists of many rooms designated for several purposes and people. And the security system at the rooftop was perfect for that time..!! What’s beautiful work of olden architecture..!!

[ Google Review ] Weather is humid and wear light clothes, train is mostly not working so you need to walk for 500 meters to reach inside the cave. It’s an exceptional site to visit with rich and old history. A lot of stairs inside and if you can’t walk for 3-4 km then don’t attempt it. Strollers can’t be taken inside and you have to climb stairs again and again. It’s not dangerous but need to walk carefully. Lighting is good and some changes of slipping and falling due to water and area. Good for kids with age who love to do an outdoor activity.

I do highly recommed you to stay here for a night or 2 nights. There are not many activities, but relax and breath. I came here in hot season so no many tourism but year end maybe better weather

[ Google Review ] Shaat Mountain is approximately 1 hour 20 min drive from Salalah City. This amazing place with relaxing atmosphere. Shaat sea over view point is just near by. You can spend good time for picnics with friends and family. Please make sure to carry you id card or passport as there will be check post before you reach there. Highly recommended .

Khareef is the best time but have the mosquito repellent spray with you. After parking the car, its nearly a 1.4km walk towards the view point and it shall take 20mins. Proper walking track is there, even easy for kids as well.

[ Google Review ] Most definitely one of the best waterfalls in Salalah. I visit this place very often in khareef season and that too early in the morning by 7.30am to avoid the crowds and traffic there. The waterfall is quite accessible and it takes hardly 2mins to walk from car parking area. If you are new to Salalah, please do not forget to apply mosquito repellent as Salalah small mosquitoes can create ruckus and spoil your vacation. Waterfall becomes alive mostly in the second week of July and stays till August and it's a must visit place.

The beef was not cooked well, and the rice tasted bad, but the grilled chicken was fine. The place was very dirty and full of flies. The servers weren't responsive, and you need to call them several times for someone to respond. It was a very bad dining experience.

[ Google Review ] Stayed here for my stopover during the trip to salalah. I would recommend this as the best hotel in the area. Rooms and toilets are well maintained. Direct access to the mall which have a hypermarket, cafe, beauty products shops, restaurants etc. Enough parking in front of the hotel.

[ Google Review ] Fab location! Staff couldn’t be friendly. Brilliant that there is a free shuttle service to all the main attractions. Taxis right outside if you need to go anywhere else. Breakfast was great and the gym and pool facilities were of a high standard. Suitable for families , travelling and couples who are on honeymoon like ourselves.
