Information Collection And Use
Blue Planit ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Travel Mapper Google Sheets Add-on and Chrome Extension (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
The App consists of two apps, one is a Google Sheets add-on and one is a Chrome Extension that:
- Reads and writes to the Google Sheets files that you've allowed access to the App
- The App will only use access to Gmail to send emails on your behalf and will not use your data for any other purpose. Emails are only sent when the users' have decided to send an email.
- Sends your email address and your payment information to a remote AWS (Amazon Web Services) server that hosts our database of users.
- Your credit card information is NOT saved anywhere on our servers and we do not have access to that information at any point in time. All payment transactions are handled securely by Stripe.
When installing the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace, you will be prompted to authorize different permissions to your Google account. Those authorizations will only be used to perform the service you are requesting from the add-on you have installed.
Similarly, when install the Chrome Extension from the Chrome Webstore, you will be prompted to authorize different permissions to your Google account. Those authorizations will only be used to perform the service you are requesting from the extension that you have installed.
To revoke those permissions that you've granted to the App, you must uninstall the apps and then revoke the access.
Information gathered by the App will never be sold or shared to external third parties. We only store in our remote database data that is absolutely needed to provide our users the service offered by the add-on and Chrome Extension.
Limited Used Disclosure
Travel Mapper's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Storage
Data We Store:
We store the following data:
- Your Google account email address
- Your Google Sheet ID that is associated with the payment
- Payment transaction IDs that were returned from the Stripe API. Again, Stripe is a third party service that we utilize to securely process all payments.
- The date on which your subscription was activated
Data We Do NOT Store:
- Your Google Sheets data including any and all contents in any cell, sheet, or anywhere in the spreadsheet
- Your email contents or drafts
