Travel Mapper Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Travel Mapper App (collectively, “Travel Mapper”, “the App”) provided by Blue Planit LLC (“Company”). The App is available on multiple platforms, including as a web application, a Chrome extension, and through the Google Workspace Marketplace. By accessing or using any version of the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the App. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App and agreeing to these terms, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
The App collects personal information. By using the App and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available by clicking the “Privacy Policy” link at the bottom of any Travel Mapper page.
License to use App
Unless otherwise stated, Travel Mapper and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the App and all materials contained therein. Subject to the license granted below, all such rights are reserved. You may view, download (for caching purposes only), and print pages from the App solely for your personal use, provided that you adhere to the restrictions below. You must not:
- Republish material from the App (including republication on another website);
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the App;
- Display any material from the App publicly;
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on the App for any commercial purpose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App in any manner that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App. You also agree not to:
- Use the App in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity;
- Copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, or distribute any material that includes spyware, computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keystroke loggers, rootkits, or any other malicious software;
- Conduct any systematic or automated data collection (including scraping, data mining, extraction, or harvesting) without the Company’s express written consent;
- Use the App for any marketing purposes without the Company’s express written consent.
User content
In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this App, for whatever purpose. You grant to Travel Mapper a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to Travel Mapper the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights. Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Travel Mapper or a third party (in each case under any applicable law). You must not submit any user content to the App that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint. Travel Mapper reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this App, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon this App.
No warranties
The App is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Blue Planit LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- The continuous availability of the App;
- The accuracy, completeness, or non-misleading nature of any information on the App. Nothing on the App is intended to constitute professional advice of any kind.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App will not be liable to you in connection with your use of the App, whether under contract, tort, or otherwise, for:
- Any direct loss (notwithstanding the App being provided free-of-charge);
- Any indirect, special, or consequential loss;
- Any business losses, including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, or data. These limitations apply even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Exceptions
Nothing in this disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty that cannot be legally excluded or any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to attempt to exclude or limit liability.
Reasonableness
By using this App, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this App.
Unenforceable provisions
If any provision of this App disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this App disclaimer.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Planit LLC, its affiliates, and its respective directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to any breach of these terms and conditions by you.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies the Company may have, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, the Company may take any action it deems appropriate, including suspending your access to the App, prohibiting further access, blocking your IP address, or taking legal action.
Variation
The Company reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms will apply to the use of the App from the date they are published on the App. You should review these terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
Assignment
The Company may transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these terms without notifying you. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without the Company’s prior written consent.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. If part of any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be deemed deleted, and the remainder of the provision will apply.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Planit LLC in relation to your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements regarding your use of the App.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
Refunds and Cancellations
Blue Planit LLC's Travel Mapper product offers a basic itinerary template that is always free to use. For paid plans, we offer a 7-day free trial of all premium features after installation. If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, you will be charged in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription you choose.
We understand that circumstances may change and you may wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Here are our policies regarding refunds and plan changes:
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after your free trial, your account will be accessible until the end of the billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our product within 14 days of your purchase, please contact admin@blueplanit.co to request a refund. Refunds apply to subscription purchases or renewals. We may ask for feedback to understand how we can improve our product for future customers.

Blue Planit LLC Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Blue Planit LLC Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by Blue Planit LLC ("Company"). By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you are bound by these Terms. We strongly recommend reviewing these Terms thoroughly before becoming a member of our Program.
Enrollment in the Program
1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Companies, organizations, and individuals are welcome to participate. Accounts registered using automations (e.g. by bots or other means) are not permitted.
1.2 Registration: To enroll in the Program, you must complete the affiliate registration form available on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote and market Blue Planit LLC by sharing your unique referral link or referral code as provided by our software.
2.2 Compliance: You shall adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in your promotion of Blue Planit LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with anti-spam laws, privacy laws, and intellectual property rights.
2.3 Accurate Representation: When promoting Blue Planit LLC, you must accurately represent the Company and its offerings. You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices that could damage the Company's reputation.
2.4 Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that could harm Blue Planit LLC, its customers, or affiliates.
Commission Structure and Payment
3.1 Commission Rates: The details of applicable commission rates can be found on your dashboard once you register for the program. These rates are subject to change at the Company's discretion and will be communicated to you in advance.
3.2 Qualified Referrals: A qualified referral is a customer who signs up for a paid subscription to Blue Planit LLC using your unique referral link or referral code. Only qualified referrals are eligible for commission payouts.
Term and Termination
4.1 Term: These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
Intellectual Property
5.1 Limited License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Blue Planit LLC as an affiliate.
5.2 Intellectual Property Rights: You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in Blue Planit LLC, its trademarks, and associated materials belong to the Company. You shall not modify, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without the Company's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Warranty: The Company provides no warranty or representation regarding the Program, its availability, or the accuracy and completeness of the tracking and reporting systems. The Program is provided on an "as is" basis.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
General Provisions
7.1 Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be republished on your affiliate dashboard with an updated date.
By using any version of Travel Mapper or participating in the Blue Planit LLC Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
